Position: LMFT Board Approved Clinical Supervisor

David Hoy & Associates is seeking a full time LMFT Board Approved Clinical Supervisor to supervise staff providing In-Home Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS)!

Position Description: David Hoy & Associates clinical Supervisors spend half of their time supervising unlicensed staff towards licensure, and the other half of their time seeing clients. Supervisors meet with their supervisees for one hour at a time, twice a month, and are available to help their supervisees as needed throughout the month. They consult on cases, review and sign off on paperwork, and ensure supervisees are meeting their job requirements. Supervisors hold their own case load and perform other duties as requested by the Clinical Director.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meet twice each month with supervisees
  • Keep themselves available for supervisees in crisis
  • Review and sign off on paperwork (treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and discharge summaries)
  • Help supervisees stay current with Medical Assistance requirements of their paperwork
  • Ensure supervisees are meeting their job requirements
  • Attend individual supervision monthly with the Clinical Director
  • Attend scheduled supervisor meeting with the supervisor team
  • Supervise 7-10 supervisees
  • Hold a case load to meet 40 billable hours per month
  • Annual reviews of supervisees
  • Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Hold a professional, active MFT License
  • Be approved by the board of Marriage and Family Therapy as a Clinical Supervisor
  • Experience supervising Master’s level practitioners towards licensure
  • Knowledge of the CTSS program
  • CTSS or In-Home Therapy experience is a plus
  • LPCC Board Approved Supervisor a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $60,000-$80,000/year
  • Medical & Dental plans – company pays 100% up to $400/month

Job Description: Provide mental health therapy and skills work in-home and in the community. Opportunities for office therapy are available.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement treatment plans based on client needs
  • Maintain legible and organized patient records
  • Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings and trainings

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field or in a Masters program OR
  • Bachelor’s level accepted with 2000 hours of supervised experience working with children AND
  • Experience working in the mental health field
  • Desire to work with children in an in-home setting
  • Ability to work independently
  • Valid Driver’s License/ Auto Insurance/ Reliable Vehicle
  • Proficient in use of computers
