Ben Forsberg, MA, LMFT

Ben is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Arts Degree from Bethel Seminary in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. His overall goal is to increase clients’ ability to handle the stresses placed on them by themselves, others, and the world in which we live. He has worked extensively with young males whose challenges include: excessive anger, anxiety, depression, addiction, victimization, and bullying. He is experienced in working with high stress issues such as parental conflict and divorce, physical or emotional trauma, grief and loss.

Ben believes that each person is a unique combination of biology and experience, which gives rise to their unique challenges, vulnerabilities, strengths, and hopes. His belief is that everyone has the insight, ability, and potential to thrive in our human experience and sustain a meaningful life. In a supportive atmosphere of grace, he aims to empower others to build their confidence, affirm their strengths, and reach their full potential.
