Ashley Dimas, MA, LADC, LMFT
Ashley helps couples and families find new ways of communicating with each other, breaking negative feedback loops, changing old habits that are engrained from childhood, and finding new and healthy patterns. She will work tirelessly with individuals to find their identities within the couple and family unit. She believes that when a person knows who they truly are and can stand on one’s own two feet, they are able to be the best version of themselves. Just come as you are. There is no such thing as the “perfect” client or a step-by-step plan when it comes to therapy. While we have goals that we are trying to achieve, there is no check list for questions or what to talk about in a session. You decide what is relevant and important to address. Through this process, you will become genuine, vulnerable, trusting, and open to challenges from time to time.
