Darby takes a compassionate, collaborative approach grounded in Adlerian Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy with individuals, couples and families of all ages. Darby center’s on your own unique experiences, fostering self-awareness and helping you build the confidence to make meaningful change. Darby’s focus includes, but is not limited to, working with individuals managing anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder.

Education: Bachelors in Psychology from University of Wisconsin- La Crosse Masters in Forensic Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University Completing Masters in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Adler Graduate School
