Hannah Monson, MA

Hannah works with families and individuals with a collaborative, holistic, and compassionate approach. She addresses emotional, relational, and intergenerational issues through encouraging open communication, providing psychoeducational support, and processing emotional issues. Hannah works with individuals and families experiencing difficulties related to depression, anxiety, parenting issues, family conflict, life transitions and change, and spiritual issues. She provides in-home therapy and life skills training in the northern suburbs and in the Twin Cities. She believes therapy and skills work is successful when there is a mutually respectful and collaborative relationship between the therapist and the client. She endeavors to offer individuals and families a safe space of support to empower them, address their unique challenges, affirm their strengths, and achieve their potential to thrive in their lives.
