Kay Nordgren, MSED, LPCC

Kay has her Master’s in Education and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Kay has over 16 years of experience working with adults, kids, teenagers, and parents. Kay prides herself on being genuine, compassionate, and empathetic. Her specialties include: depression, anxiety, stress, loneliness, anger, perfectionism, recovering from abusive relationships, shame, guilt, codependent issues, grief and break up issues, parenting issues, and dealing with/getting rid of toxic people. She teaches cognitive behavioral therapy skills, mindfulness skills, assertiveness/boundaries, and relaxation skills. Kay believes in working from the inside out so you can heal, have more peace, calm, and contentment in your life.
