Nish Basoya, Intern
Nish is currently pursuing a master’s degree in counseling at Bethel University and is working to become a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). He is passionate about supporting individuals across diverse age groups and backgrounds, with a strong commitment to creating a warm, respectful, and inclusive therapeutic environment.
Nish’s experience includes working with neurodivergent adolescents and young adults, and he looks forward to supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and compulsive behaviors. Through this work, he has developed an appreciation for the unique strengths, challenges, and perspectives that each person brings to the therapeutic process.
Nish is interested in understanding how these concerns affect daily functioning, relationships, and overall well-being, and he strives to help clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and effective coping strategies. He values a collaborative, client-centered approach that recognizes each individual’s lived experiences and personal goals. He is dedicated to continuous learning and growth as a mental health professional and looks forward to supporting clients on their journey toward greater well-being and meaningful change.
