Zoua holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel University. She works primarily in Hennepin and Ramsey Counties and has experience working with children and families. Zoua believes that cultural identity is a big factor in shaping an individual’s lived experiences and his/her relationships. She understands that sharing one’s personal struggles can be a vulnerable experience and believes that creating a space that is safe and supportive is essential. As a compassionate, caring, and dedicated therapist, she works to create a non-judgmental, client-centered experience that helps clients to feel heard and valued. Zoua believes that through a collaborative approach, clients can build a sense of self-empowerment towards hope and healing.
