He holds a master’s degree in counseling and psychology from St. Mary’s University and a bachelor’s degree in speech and communication from the University of Minnesota. David believes strongly in holistic approaches to over-all health and well-being and strives to create a mindfulness culture at work. To this end he hires yoga instructors who provide classes three times a week for employees.</p>
