Ashley’s understanding and care add to positive outcomes when working with topics such as ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, depression, divorce, eating disorders, family conflict, gender identity struggles, navigating life transitions, relationship issues, parenting struggles, sleep difficulties, trauma processing, and integrating coping skills into daily life. Ashley believes a therapist’s role is to support individuals through processing how past events, personal characteristics, and relational dynamics bring insight into current challenges.
