Bonnie aims to help you find your strengths and problem solve to succeed in your life goals. She can show you skills to improve your relationships, while also exploring how you can apply them in daily life. Bonnie genuinely cares for her clients and likes to add an aspect of fun to every relationship she has. She works as a team with her therapy dog, Annie, who is just as excited to see each person make improvements in their lives. Bonnie and Annie have experience working with people ages 2-100. Annie is a comforting presence in the space which allows you or your child to feel safe while sharing challenging aspects of your story. Bonnie specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and helping clients grow in understanding of how their thoughts control their feelings and symptoms.
