Maggie’s greatest passions include supporting tweens and young adults to better understand themselves, redefine old definitions of themselves and find their place in this world. She empowers clients to learn how to self-manage fear, anger, shame and heal emotional wounds for healthier, more secure relationships with oneself and others. Using an open mind, humor and encouragement, Maggie guides clients through a variety of research-supported methods to gain personal insight and address common difficulties such as anxiety, low self-esteem and anger. Therapy is customized to meet individual needs and preferences (incorporating hobbies, talents and spirituality) to help clients reach their goals.
