“Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.” Positive change and healing are attainable for everyone, in any stage of life. Maggie enjoys empowering clients by helping them learn to self-manage their struggles and heal emotional wounds for healthier, more secure relationships with themselves and others. Her greatest passions include supporting young adults to better understand themselves, challenge old definitions of themselves, and a find a sense of purpose.

Using an open mind, humor and encouragement, she guides clients through a variety of research-supported methods to address common difficulties such as anxiety, low moods and self-doubt. Therapy is customized for each unique individual by taking their specific concerns, situation, history and strengths into account while working towards their goals.
