Therapy is a safe place to discover who you are, your vulnerabilities and your strengths. Mary is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working toward certification in Play Therapy. She also has training and an understanding of client’s with OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Depression. She works with individual client’s of all ages, as young as age 3 as well as couples and families. She utilizes a variety of therapy models including DBT, CBT, and Internal Family Systems. She enjoys challenging her client’s to work towards understanding their unique individual talents and to realize their true potential.
