Tracey Nguyen, Intern
I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler Graduate School, transitioning into the counseling profession after a career in corporate tax. This shift is deeply personal—rooted in my own life experiences navigating marriage, parenting, and the challenges of work-related stress. These experiences have shaped my belief in the power of therapy to foster resilience, clarity, and healing.
My counseling approach is mindful, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and reconnect with their inner wisdom. At the heart of my work is a strong therapeutic relationship—one built on trust, authenticity, and mutual respect.
I consider it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they gain insight, develop coping strategies, and move toward greater self-understanding and well-being.
