Elizabeth Holt, Intern
Elizabeth is one of our interns, and is in the process of completing her master’s degree in Social Work at the University of North Alabama. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2024.
Elizabeth strives to create a supportive and affirming space for clients. Her approach to therapy is direct, person-centered, and grounded in humanistic values. She recognizes that many factors contribute to emotional well-being and views clients holistically. She aims to help clients feel heard, validated, and empowered, as they work towards achieving emotional well-being and personal growth. She is especially interested in supporting individuals navigating obsessive-compulsive, anxiety, and related concerns.
