Sophie approaches therapy from a person-centered and trauma-informed perspective, focusing on each client’s unique strengths, experiences, and goals. With a background working with neurodivergent populations, Sophie is especially passionate about promoting client agency, collaborative communication, and emotional safety. She believes clients are the drivers of change in their own lives and values working together to foster insight, healing, and self-compassion.
