David Hoy, PhD, MA, LP – Chief Executive Officer

Dr. David Hoy is a licensed psychologist, author, and a certified professional coach. He is the founder and Executive Director of David Hoy & Associates, a Minnesota-based Clinic of Counseling, Psychological, and Coaching Services. David Hoy & Associates started out in 1997 with just a handful of clients. The company has since grown to include 85 practitioners and administrative staff providing services to adults, children, and families throughout the twin cities and greater metropolitan area. Dr. Hoy earned his PhD in education with a specialization in training and performance improvement from Capella University. He holds a master’s degree in counseling and psychology from St. Mary’s University and a bachelor’s degree in speech and communication from the University of Minnesota. David believes strongly in holistic approaches to over-all health and well-being and strives to create a mindfulness culture at work. To this end he hires yoga instructors who provide classes three times a week for employees.
