Alli Wilson, Intern

Alli is a counseling intern in the master’s program at the University of St. Thomas. She focuses on creating a supportive space where people feel respected, heard, and understood. Her approach is collaborative and rooted in empathy, with an emphasis on building a trusting relationship. Alli believes real growth happens when people feel safe to explore their experiences, challenges, and strengths. She helps guide individuals through navigating anxiety, identity, stress, relationships, and life transitions. Alli is drawn to helping people understand how past experiences may shape current patterns, while also building tools for confidence, connection, and processing. Outside of the therapy room, Alli enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, doing nail art, and spending time outdoors. She values balance, curiosity, and kindness, and strives to carry those qualities into both her personal and professional life.
