Erica Arndt, MA, LPCC – Clinical Supervisor

Erica has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Her strengths and experience include working with individuals, children, adolescents and their families. Erica’s understanding adds to positive outcomes when working with issues such as: depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, irritability and anger, relational issues, peer issues and increasing coping skills. She believes a therapist’s role is to teach individuals how to cope and adapt on their own; particularly through looking from an outside perspective and pointing out patterns that may be hindering clients from reaching their fullest potential. Of special interest to Erica are those who have struggled to cope with a new medical diagnosis and/or chronic health conditions.
