Greg Gray, MA, LMFT
Greg’s history of helping others realize their full potential began long before he was formally trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist. What had been avocational became vocational for him in 2006 and since then he has spent the years helping clients work through issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, marital strife, family frustration, and a host of difficult challenges in life.
As a former Navy man and Viet Nam Veteran, he understands many of the unique stresses facing service members, veterans, and their families. He also has over a thousand hours of experience working with disabled individuals. His approach is free of judgment, non-directive, person-centered and collaborative. He emphasizes the worth and dignity of every client and believe what Mr. Rogers said: “Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. The people we trust with that important talk can help us know we’re not alone.” He looks forward to meeting you.
