Jamie Wersal, MA

Jamie has a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and is working towards licensure. Jamie has experience working with adults, teenagers, and children of various ages in their homes and over telehealth. Jamie is a firm believer that a strong relationship is the main instrument of change, both between client and practitioner and client and their families. She loves bringing humor and creativity into her skills and therapy work with her clients to help them build their skills in such areas as communication, self-soothing, self-management and focusing.
