Therapy is a safe place to discover who you are, your vulnerabilities, and your strengths. Mary is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is trained in working with trauma, OCD, anxiety, and depression. She works with children as young as age three, couples, individuals and families.

Mary uses a variety of therapy models including DBT, CBT, Trauma Informed Therapy, and Play Therapy techniques with children. She challenges her clients to work on understanding their unique talents, and to realize their true potential by utilizing their inherent strengths. Mary believes that everyone has a story that needs to be heard and validated.
