Mercedes Bauzá Taylor, Intern
Mercedes Bauzá Taylor is an intern, attending Kairos University in pursuit of her Master’s Degree of Professional Counseling and currently holds a Bachelor’s degree from Greensboro College in Education.
She was rostered on the Puerto Rican Women’s National soccer team and played overseas in various countries. She has years of experience with children and adolescents in different environments; school, coaching, and volunteering. With her background in both professional sports and serving the community, she is a firm believer that positive change is achievable.
Mercedes is compassionate with a commitment to support individuals through life’s challenges. She provides a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore their emotions and personal growth. She believes in a collaborative approach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of every individual. Mercedes is goal oriented and solution focused but also appreciates creating space to explore deeper emotions.
