Nicole Recke, MBA – Human Resources & Billing Manager

Nicole holds her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Argosy University, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education and a Minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. She joined the team at David Hoy & Associates in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant and her role has organically evolved over the years to Human Recourses & Billing Manager. Nicole supervises the Administrative Assistant team and oversees human resource records, provider credentialing, and billing operations. Outside of work Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors and being with her friends and family.
