Rachael Blais-Ortiz, MA
Rachael works collaboratively with her clients, fostering a safe and supportive space for growth. Therapy focuses on:

- Empowering Change: Equipping clients with the tools and strategies to navigate challenges and make conscious choices.
Through compassionate guidance, clients learn and practice effective coping mechanisms for navigating difficult emotions and life transitions. Together, we explore underlying behaviors and motivations to gain deeper self-understanding.
