Tracey Nguyen, MA, Clinical Trainee

For Tracey, counseling is more than a career – it’s a calling. Before becoming a therapist, she spent more than 20 years as a CPA specializing in tax. After experiencing the benefits of therapy in her own life, she returned to school, earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is currently pursuing LPCC licensure.

Tracey works with children, teens, and adults in a warm, collaborative, and supportive space. She has a special interest in helping clients navigate:

  • ADHD and autism
  • Divorce and family transitions
  • Parenting challenges
  • Career burnout and career changes
  • Post-sport identity struggles
  • Substance use concerns
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Grief and loss
  • Midlife transitions

Whether working with a child learning to manage big emotions, a teenager navigating identity and relationships, or an adult facing life’s unexpected transitions, Tracey’s goal is to help clients build resilience, increase self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and authentic.
