Q: How do I get started?
A: To be assigned to your therapist you can call our main office number, 763-544-1006, or fill out the online e-mail form.

Q: What do I need to receive online video counseling?
A: A computer or device with a camera, microphone and speaker & a private space, free from interruptions.

Q: Who can you provide online video counseling to?
A: We can provide online video counseling services to anyone in need of mental health services. We have therapists who see clients ages 4-100 :)

Q: How do I pay for online video counseling?
A: Insurance companies are all paying for online video counseling services at this time.  We are in network with most major insurance companies, including Medicaid and Prepaid Medical Assistance Programs.  You can also pay out-of-pocket for services.

Q: Are online video counseling sessions HIPAA compliant?
A: Yes.  We use an online platform called doxy.me to provide our sessions and it is 100% HIPAA compliant.
