Elisha Engelen, MA, LMFT

Elisha is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In the last 8 years she has worked with clients who are seeking to make changes and take charge of their lives. Elisha has extensive experience working with people who have experienced difficulties; such as depression, post-partum, and anxiety. She has found that mood changes that go unrecognized or are not addressed, then bring challenges into the relationships individuals have. Elisha’s passion is to help families and couples find ways to support one another while making changes. She works with individuals to process through grief and loss that has occurred from the loss of a loved one or a recent life transition.

Greg Walsh, MA, LICSW

Greg is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. He provides mental health counseling for children, adolescents and adults. For more than 19 years, Greg has practiced in a variety of settings with diverse populations including: children and teens with challenging emotional and physically aggressive behaviors; counseling for physically disabled adults, as well as grief and loss issues for all ages. Greg specializes in: E.M.D.R. (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) – which is particularly effective for clients who have experienced traumatic life events such as divorce, job loss or abuse. Greg’s clinical interests and competencies include: conflict resolution, depression, anxiety and related diagnoses, communication enhancement, parenting skills, and chemical use/abuse issues.

Samantha Morgan-O’Rourke, MA, LMFT

Trouble is not a sign of failure. It is a sign you are alive. I believe we all experience trouble from time to time. If you are struggling, you are not alone. There is hope. Over the past 14 years, I have worked with hundreds of individuals, couples and families in a variety of settings and circumstances. Individuals have experienced relief from depression, anxiety and trauma. Couples have improved their communication and connection. Families have developed peaceful and effective solutions to emotional and behavior problems.

While I enjoy working with a variety of concerns, a few have been particularly rewarding. I have a special interest in working with shame, perfectionism and anger. I have a passion for strong couple relationships. I am committed to encouraging parents as they develop strategies for a healthy family.

Kay Nordgren, MSED, LPCC

Kay has her Masters in Education and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Kay has over 16 years of experience working with adults, kids, teenagers, and parents. Kay prides herself on being genuine, compassionate, and empathetic. Her specialties include: depression, anxiety, stress, loneliness, anger, perfectionism, recovering from abusive relationships, shame, guilt, codependent issues, grief and break up issues, parenting issues, and dealing with/getting rid of toxic people. She teaches cognitive behavioral therapy skills, mindfulness skills, assertiveness/boundaries, and relaxation skills. Kay believes in working from the inside out so you can heal, have more peace, calm, contentment in your life.

Kristin Johnson, MA, LMFT

Sometimes we need extra support in this daily thing we call life. Reaching out for help shows courage because you are in charge of the changes you want to make. I will simply stand by you and meet you where you are at. I will help motivate and coach you and help remind you of the tools you have inside of you to make these changes. Mary Thomson, MA, LMFT

Mary is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She works with individuals, families, and couples with the goals of helping clients cope with life’s challenges, and improving their relationships. Mary works with clients in a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative manner drawing on her clients’ innate strengths. She has experience working with children, teens, and adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss, trauma, chronic pain and illness, ADHD, and relational issues. Areas of interest include: parenting challenges, self- esteem, life transitions, relationship and family-of-origin issues.
